We built a live MCP server that lets an AI assistant configure, quote and order printed products and send a payment link. Connected to four different hosts, it behaved four different ways. Antoni Kozelski and Bartosz Gonczarek walk through those differences, why the rules for irreversible steps now live in the server, how it handles a large product catalog without exposing it to the client, and how these lessons led us to contribute to open-source frameworks.
