Any model, changed in one place
One interface to 27 model providers, from OpenAI and Anthropic to Ollama on your own hardware. Change a model profile, run the evals, and every agent on it moves together.
Own the intelligence that runs your business.
AgenticOS is the sovereign agentic AI layer we build for you, on an open-source foundation you own outright. It changes how the whole business runs, not one corner of it.
We ran agentic transformations for clients before AgenticOS had a name. They asked us to deliver faster, so what kept working in production became a shared foundation. We did not build a platform first and then look for problems to point it at.
Client workWhat held upAgenticOS
Vstorm was the first agentic AI engineering company to join the Agentic AI Foundation, where the open standards for agents are written. Our agents were in production before the major agent frameworks reached version 1.0.

Many vendors sell data privacy and call it sovereignty. With AgenticOS you own every layer: platform, code, data, infrastructure and models. See the comparison
Every company runs on the judgement of a few experienced people, and growing means hiring more of them. That has a ceiling. AgenticOS removes it by putting that judgement into agents you own.

AgenticOS is the sovereign agentic AI layer, built by Vstorm, that a company owns outright. Built on open-source foundations, it runs business processes through AI agents across departments, and the client owns every layer: platform, code, data, infrastructure and models.
Plenty of platforms sell sovereignty and deliver data privacy. Your prompts and data may stay yours, while the code, the guardrails and the roadmap stay with the vendor. You furnish the house; someone else owns it.
With AgenticOS you own every layer, including the one that does the work.
The capability moves to you as well. We build your team's skills step by step, so you run and evolve the system without depending on us.
The platform, the code, the data, the infrastructure and the models. Nothing in AgenticOS needs our permission to keep running.

Collections, skills, context and every run record sit in your own Postgres, with embeddings kept per organisation. Model keys are stored there too, encrypted.
The code is public. Your engineers can read all of it before the first call and change any of it after we leave.
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/vstorm-co/agenticos/main/scripts/quickstart.sh | bash It needs a Docker Compose file and a browser, nothing more. It runs inside your security boundary, and what leaves it depends only on the models, parsers and tools you configure.
4,700+ MCP servers in the gallery, plus your own. If a tool already has an MCP server, there is no connector to write.
You install AgenticOS on your own machines and assemble agents in the browser. Each agent then answers wherever your people already work.
One command, and Docker is all it needs. Postgres with pgvector, Redis, the API and the console come up on your servers or in your cloud account.
An agent is a spec: instructions, a model, the tools it may use, the knowledge bound to it and a budget. Nothing goes live until you publish, and every publish is a version.
Published once, the same agent answers in web chat, Slack, Telegram, Mattermost, a website widget or your own software over the API, with the same limits everywhere.
AgenticOS is one place to build agents and one set of books for all of them: what runs, what it cost, what it touched and who allowed it.
A procedure becomes a skill written in plain language, which an agent loads when it is relevant. Standing facts become context files attached to every agent that needs them. Edit either one and the next answer uses it, with no release.
The same runner serves web chat, the API, Slack and the schedule. A 07:00 automation follows the same limits and leaves the same record as a question a person typed.
Each agent's monthly budget is checked before a model request, not added up afterwards. A tool that acts on the outside world can wait for a person. Who ran what, what it cost and who approved it is written down, even when a run fails.
A CSV dropped into the chat and one sentence asking for charts. The agent writes the code, runs it in a locked sandbox, and answers. Recorded in the product, not mocked up.
One team takes you from vision to production under the TriStorm methodology. The engagement ends with your people operating the system.
The open-source base: the parts every agentic system needs, already built and running in production.
Engineers who map your processes, redesign them for agents, then build and tailor the system in production with your team, inside your environment.
Upskilling, runbooks, documentation and pairing, so your team runs and evolves the system when we step back.
Open standards, open-source tooling and published research, all public, so you can check our engineering before you hire us.
Shaping agentic AI
The Linux Foundation formed it around Anthropic's MCP, OpenAI's AGENTS.md and Block's goose. AWS, Google and Microsoft are platinum members. In its own words: “Together, we're shaping the future of agentic AI.”
Open source
Framework contributors
We maintain our own open-source agent framework and contribute fixes to the frameworks our agents run on, through official partnerships with their teams. Breaking changes reach us before they reach your codebase.
Research
Peer-reviewed papers on agent architectures, evaluation and AI security, and an open benchmark anyone can rerun against our results.
Track record
Our client agents were in production before most of today's agent frameworks had a stable release. You get a team that already knows what breaks between a promising demo and a system people rely on every day.
Short answers to the questions that come up in every first call.
Both. AgenticOS is an open-source product: what we learned across 30+ production deployments, turned into a foundation. Most of a typical system is ready on day one, and the engagement tailors the rest to your processes, data and integrations.
The open-source layer is the base. Forward-deployed engineers deploy it inside your environment and tailor it to your workflows in production. A transformation manager runs the change alongside them: the roadmap for the operating model, adoption, working through scepticism and upskilling your team. Before we step back, we hand over runbooks and documentation, so your people can run and extend the system.
Agents defined as versioned specs, skills and context files, tools connected over MCP, retrieval over your documents, scheduled and event-triggered automations, human approval for sensitive actions, budgets checked before model requests, a full audit trail, and one agent published to web chat, the API, Slack and other channels. The full list is in the public repository.
No. Our engineers build and run the first workflows. If you want to take over maintenance later, we train the people you already have to do it.
Yes, on every layer: platform, code, data, infrastructure and models. Many platforms that claim sovereignty deliver data privacy, which is worth having, while the platform and its roadmap stay with the vendor. Nothing in AgenticOS needs our permission to keep running.
Yes. The code is Apache-2.0, it runs on your infrastructure, the data sits in your database, and the model is a configuration choice. If you stopped working with us tomorrow, the system would keep running.
You pay for implementation and tailoring. There is no subscription, no seat count and no long-term commitment.
You choose. We can build the capability inside your team so you maintain it yourselves, which is full sovereignty. If you are not ready to build that capability yet, Vstorm can maintain the platform for you.
In the first meeting we map which of your processes AgenticOS should take on first, what is already built for them, and what the first ninety days look like. You talk to the engineers who would do the work.
