Drinks after our AGNTCon + MCPCon talk, with no slides. Antoni Kozelski and Bartosz Gonczarek share agent failures from production, what they changed after each one, and what they learned building with MCP and Pydantic AI. Bring your own agent project for direct feedback. The first two drinks and snacks are on us. Spots are confirmed by the hosts.
