AI order processing from inbox to ERP

Orders read, checked and entered by agents

Mixam's order agent handles over 96% of web-to-print orders end to end, and you choose which orders still wait for a person.

Where agents help

Orders wait in inboxes until someone keys them in.

Agents read and enter the orders, and your team handles the exceptions.

What we build

What we build for order processing

Whatever comes in, every project is built from the same parts below, set up for your files and your systems.

Orders we take in

  • Email orders
  • PDF and scanned orders
  • Web shop orders
  • EDI messages
  • Phone order notes
  • Custom and configured products
  • Reorders
  • Order changes

How we build it

  • Order intake from email and documents

Orders read from emails, PDFs and spreadsheets and matched to your item codes.

  • Guided ordering for buyers

An agent walks buyers through your options and builds only orders you can fulfil.

  • ERP, CRM and inbox connections

Read and write access to your ERP, CRM and inbox, with the permissions you set.

  • Order rules and exceptions

Price, stock and date rules run as tested code and stop for a person when broken.

Not seeing your case? Bring the order channel that needs the most manual entry and we start from that.

How we build agents

Agents that work as part of your team

They work in the tools your team already uses, take on whole tasks and stop for a person where you decide.

  1. Routines: agents that start on a schedule, on new GitHub issues or on an API delivery.
  2. Connected systems: GitHub, Linear, Notion, Slack, Jira and other tools an agent may call, each connected with its own sign-in.
  3. Approvals log: each action that waited for a person, with who asked, who decided and when.

Framework contributors

When the framework breaks, we fix it at the source

We maintain our own open-source agent framework and contribute fixes to the frameworks our agents run on, through official partnerships with their teams. Breaking changes reach us before they reach your codebase.

Research

Our engineers and PhDs publish peer-reviewed research

Peer-reviewed papers on agent architectures, evaluation and AI security, and an open benchmark anyone can rerun against our results.

Track record

Frontier AI teams now build on what we shipped first

Our client agents were in production before most of today's agent frameworks had a stable release. You get a team that already knows what breaks between a promising demo and a system people rely on every day.

FAQ

AI order processing, answered

What is AI order processing? +
AI order processing uses agents to take an order from the moment it arrives to a confirmed entry in your ERP. An agent reads the email, PDF or spreadsheet, matches each line to your catalogue, checks stock, prices and terms, and drafts the sales order. Orders that break a rule go to a person. The rest are confirmed and logged with the document they came from.
Can AI process purchase orders from email? +
Yes, and it is usually the best place to start. Purchase orders that arrive by email in many layouts take time to key in and are easy to get wrong. An agent reads the attachment, asks the buyer for anything missing and drafts the order. Start with one order channel, measure accuracy on your own past orders, then add the next channel.
Have you built AI order processing before? +
Yes. For Mixam, a self-publishing printer, we built a three-agent advisor on PydanticAI with retrieval over Mixam's product knowledge. It guides buyers through print options and builds orders Mixam can print. Over 96% of web-to-print orders are now handled end to end without human help, and conversion to a final sale rose from about 20% to about 40%. For Senetic we built an agent that answers inbound sales email in real time across 151 countries.
How do you stop an agent from entering a wrong order? +
The agent picks products and options, and tested code checks them against your catalogue, price lists and lead times. Constrained output means it can only produce combinations you can deliver. Anything outside your rules, such as an early delivery date or a price off the list, waits for a person. Every order is logged with the document it came from.
How do you know it works before the full build? +
We agree a success threshold with your team before the build and test the agent on your own cases in a Proof of Value. It measures accuracy and running costs, and the build goes ahead only when the threshold is met. Corrections from your team go back into the test set, so every later version is checked against them.
Who owns the system, and which models does it run on? +
You own the code, prompts, evaluation sets and rules by contract. The agents run in your environment on hosted or open-weight models. The model sits behind an interface in code, so you can change it when accuracy, speed or your hosting rules change, without rebuilding the agent.
