About Vstorm

Agentic AI for companies that grow by getting stronger.

We call them Small Giants: companies that compete on focus. Vstorm builds the agentic AI layer that lets a focused team operate like one many times its size, in code built for daily use, delivered through the TriStorm methodology and owned by you.

Mission

We engineer agentic AI that companies own and run themselves, built on open standards we help write.

We have been building AI since 2017.

The destination 01

Small Giants

A company that grows by making its people capable of more. With the right technology, a focused team outperforms organizations five or ten times its size and keeps the speed and identity that made it worth building.

The vehicle 02

AgenticOS

One layer where every agent shares context and builds on what the others know. Buying agents one at a time gives you a chatbot here and an automation there, each solving a small problem, none of them compounding. AgenticOS is the operating layer instead: decisions get faster and knowledge stops living in people's heads.

The road 03

TriStorm

The methodology that turns the vision into working code, in three steps: Strategize, Build, Transform. We learn how the company actually works, build the highest-impact piece first with the team, then stay until it changes how people work. Software nobody adopts is expensive shelfware.

Antoni Kozelski, CEO and Co-founder of Vstorm
From the CEO

“We help write the open standards that agentic AI runs on. In the Agentic AI Foundation we take part in the working groups on observability and traceability, and our engineers contribute to Pydantic AI, LangChain and LlamaIndex. Then we put those standards to work inside companies, in systems each company owns and runs itself.”

Our journey

Our road to the frontier of agentic AI engineering.

Since 2017 we have engineered AI systems that our clients own: language models before they had a name, agent harnesses from the first usable LLMs, and agentic AI today.

  1. Founded

NLP and machine learning, before LLMs

Vstorm starts with natural language processing, data engineering and machine learning, building systems companies use every day.

  2. Agentic harness engineering

From language models to agent harnesses

With the first usable LLMs, we start engineering the harness around the model: the tools, context and checks that let it do real work for a client.

  3. Recognition

Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe

Vstorm enters the Deloitte ranking of the fastest-growing technology companies in Central Europe with 333% growth, the fastest-growing agentic AI engineering company in Europe.

  4. Track record

Client agents live before the frameworks reached 1.0

Our first client agents go live in July 2025, before Pydantic AI reaches 1.0 on September 4 and LangChain on October 22.

  5. Standards

First agentic AI engineering company in the AAIF

In December, Vstorm becomes the first agentic AI engineering company in the Agentic AI Foundation, the Linux Foundation project behind the Model Context Protocol and AGENTS.md, and a core contributor to it.

  6. Open source

9M+ downloads of our open source

33 public repositories with 4,000+ GitHub stars and 9M+ PyPI downloads.

  7. Upstream

Our code in the official Pydantic AI Harness

In July 2026, Pydantic's maintainers merge code from four of our open-source libraries into the official Pydantic AI Harness.

  9. Award

    Open Agentic AI Innovation Award

The Agentic AI Foundation gives Vstorm the Open Agentic AI Innovation Award at its first Annual Technical Excellence Awards, presented at the opening keynote of AGNTCon + MCPCon North America in San Jose on October 23.

“Vstorm put AGENTS.md into every project it ships and built MCP support directly into its own open source framework, so the same project knowledge that guides a coding agent during development also guides agents once they're running in production.”

The award “recognizes organizations that deployed or advanced AAIF's open standards in production, research, or public tooling with real-world impact.”

Path forward.

We will keep contributing to the open standards of agentic AI and to the frontier harness frameworks. Working on them from the inside is how we understand the technology, share what we learn with the community and help shape where agentic AI goes next.

Then we bring those standards and practices to our clients, so the new ideas reach their business and change how it runs.

What we value

Our values.

01

Ownership.

You know what your role needs and do it before anyone asks.

  1. If you can make a decision that unblocks the work, you make it.
  2. You finish what you start, flag delays early, own your mistakes and bring a fix.
  3. Before time off, you hand over.
02

Excellence.

When there is room, you go past the standard.

  1. On something new, you say "I don't know, but I'll find out" and test it yourself.
  2. You tell clients plainly what will not work and turn feedback into growth goals.
  3. Engineers learn the business; everyone else learns AI for their role.
03

Collaboration.

Different roles, one goal.

  1. You consult others and share what you know.
  2. Hard things get said directly and with care.
  3. If a doc or async thread will do, we skip the meeting; when we meet, there is an agenda and notes.
  4. Engineers have reserved time to work with other teams.

We are hiring. Engineers and operators building agents that clients run every day.
