Today, we’re expanding our A-players team and looking for a:
Transformation Manager
This is an advisory role that blends technology knowledge, change management and advisory in Agentic AI. The person in that position will be working with C-level decision makers to help them:
- define customer’s goals of Agentic AI use
- define path toward reaching the goals (together with Vstorm Engineering Lead)
- update the approach toward the goals iteratively, based on the progress of Vstorm AI Engineering team
- help communicating the progress & support execution of the approach
The Transformation Manager (“TM” in short) needs to be open-minded and ready to draw from Vstorm’s capabilities. The work of TM is grounded in Vstorm’s proprietary TriStorm methodology that secures results of Agentic AI implementations at middle-market companies. Therefore, candidate’s willingness to learn is the key when applying for the role.
The background in advisory and consultancy counts as long as the candidate is ready to embrace new methods of working and already knows the limits of their experience and knowledge in the domain of AI (before 2024 no projects were done the way we do them at Vstorm!).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in change management, project management or executive advisory – especially in an IT/AI environments
- strong ownership mindset and ability to bring structure into dynamic environments
- some awareness of what Agentic AI is (even failed projects count as valuable)
- very good English (written and spoken) – C1 is a minimum + fluent or native Polish
- location: Wrocław or within commutable distance from Wrocław – hybrid work mode in this role is a must
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with Claude (or similar tools)

- B2B contract with competitive monthly compensation up to 28 000 PLN net (rate defined individually, based on experience and impact).

Ready to apply?
Here’s what the process looks like:
- Interview with People & Operations Manager – approx. 30-45 min – Agnieszka will tell you more about the role and our projects and will explore your background, mindset and experience to check if we’re a good fit for each other.
- Interview with Chief Transformation Officer – approx. 1-1,5h – as the Transformation Manager will work under his leadership and supervision, the next stage is an in-depth interview with Vstorm Co-founder, Bartosz A. Gonczarek PhD. Bartosz is an experienced executive consultant and publishing author, recognized by EY and Polish Business Roundtable. He will evaluate your approach, skills and experience, as well as answer your questions about the role, our business goals etc.
- Technical interview – approx. 45 min – a meeting with one of our Tech Leads, focused on your technical background, understanding of AI and communication with engineering teams.
- Decision – hopefully, we make you an offer and you accept it! 🙂

Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process in simple steps:

Screening call – 20 min – our People & Operations Manager, Agnieszka will tell you more about the position and our projects, learn more about your background and experience so far, and check if we’re a good fit for each other.
Technical interview – approx. 1-1,5h – an in-depth interview with one of our Tech Leads to properly evaluate your theoretical and practical knowledge, your skills and experience.
CEO interview – approx. 1h – a final meeting with Antoni, our CEO.
