Operating model transformation

Own the intelligence that runs
your business.

AgenticOS is one operating layer where every agent shares context — built into your stack, on open foundations, and yours outright. There is no platform to rent.

Why Vstorm

Buying agents one at a time leaves the operating model untouched

A chatbot in support and an automation in finance each solve a box. The gains stay inside those boxes, the integration between them becomes your team's unpaid job, and day-to-day operations look exactly as they did. What compounds is a layer where every agent shares context — and that layer has to be an asset you own.

We start where the operational pain is sharpest, prove it in production, and build outward.

30+

Production deployments

Live agent systems in the client's own environment, handling real workloads.

25+

AI engineers on the team

PhDs, published researchers and open-source maintainers, working only on agentic systems.

2017

Building AI systems since

Production work on applied AI that started well before agents had a category name.

The operating model

One shared layer, owned outright, holding what you know

Three things have to be true at once for an agentic transformation to hold: the agents share context, the company owns the layer, and the knowledge stops depending on who is in the building.

01

AgenticOS as one shared layer

Every agent shares context and builds on what the others already know. Buying agents one at a time leaves you with a chatbot here and an automation there — none of them compounding.

02

Sovereignty, all the way down

Open-source foundations with no proprietary layer of ours in the middle. Modify it, extend it, swap the models, move it — and no recurring platform fee, because there is no platform to rent.

03

Knowledge stops living in heads

The judgement your senior specialists apply by hand becomes something the layer holds and applies. Onboarding, absence and turnover stop setting the pace of the business.

Most of your system already exists

One call to map which of your processes the operating layer should absorb first, and what the first ninety days look like.

  1. 01

    The platform and the code

Every line of it, on open-source foundations, with no licence of ours sitting between you and it.

    Platform
  2. 02

The data and the insights it produces

Your operational data stays in your environment, and so does everything the system learns from it.

    Data
  3. 03

    The infrastructure it runs on

Deployed into your cloud or your data centre, under your security boundary and your audit regime.

    Infrastructure
  4. 04

    The models behind it

Model-agnostic by architecture, so a price change or a deprecation stays a configuration decision.

    Models
  5. 05

The capability to run and extend it

We work embedded and hand over runbooks and documentation, so the engagement ends with your team independent.

    Capability

What you get when you rent the intelligence

Rented platform or point solution

An agentic operating model you own

Vendors sell sovereignty and deliver data privacy: your data never leaves, but the platform stays theirs and the subscription keeps running. You control the environment; the intelligence inside it still sits on their side of the line.
What ownership actually means
Every layer is yours — platform, code, data, infrastructure, models, and the capability to operate them. Nothing in the stack requires our continued permission or our continued invoice.
A use-case product or a function platform solves one function well and stops at its own data model. Every new function is a new vendor, and nobody owns the connective tissue between them.
How far the gains reach
AgenticOS is an operating layer, so agents share context across departments. Each deployment makes the next one cheaper and leaves less siloed integration work behind.
A per-seat or per-conversation meter that runs forever, plus exposure to the vendor's roadmap, pricing changes, acquisition, or runway. A workflow you made mission-critical can be orphaned overnight.
What it costs over five years
The investment is made once and the asset is yours. No recurring platform fee, and no unbudgeted migration when somebody else's business model changes.
FAQ

What buyers ask us first

Is AgenticOS a product we license from you? +
No. It is the architecture and the open-source foundation we build your system on, and it is handed over with the system. There is no licence, no seat count, and no recurring platform fee — if you never spoke to us again, everything would keep running.
How is this different from a platform that says our data never leaves? +
That is data privacy, and it is worth having. Sovereignty goes further: the platform, the roadmap and the pricing stay with you, and the layer your business runs on becomes an asset on your side of the line.
Changing how we operate sounds like a multi-year programme. +
We start where the operational pain is sharpest, prove the value in production, and build outward from there — TriStorm in three phases: strategic alignment and planning, Proof of Value, process augmentation. Each step has to earn the next, and one team carries all three: transformation consulting, technology consulting and agentic engineering under one roof.
Our team would have to maintain it. Can they? +
We plan for that from day one. We work embedded with your engineers, build their skills as we deliver, and leave runbooks and documentation behind — so operating and extending the system stays in-house after we roll off.
