Main objectives

The primary objective was to augment the international IT teams with highly qualified, experienced IT specialists, able to work on a wide variety of projects for industries including banking, insurance, healthcare, the life sciences, transportation, and others. Atos’ global talent strategy and the rapid growth of this major global company involve recruiting experts in areas like software engineering, DevOps, and quality assurance.


Over the course of our two-year partnership, Vstorm employed 15+ people (including managerial roles and team leads) to work on Atos’ projects. Thanks to the data-driven hiring and semi-automated process, the high-quality standards are met and the goals as defined by Atos, are delivered.
