Today, we’re expanding our A-players team and looking for a Delivery Manager. The key aspect of this role is the ownership of delivery performance – not only coordination. We’re looking for an experienced professional who will proactively shape the delivery area at Vstorm.
What you will do:
- Own the full client satisfaction cycle across active projects, including regular NPS and feedback loops
- Maintain full visibility over the active project portfolio, including project health, risks, blockers, and escalation paths
- Own resource planning and allocation across commercial, internal, and R&D initiatives
- Match team members to projects based on skills, timing, budget, and development potential
- Maintain a rolling resource forecast and proactively identify staffing gaps or utilization risks
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of engineers between projects
- Co-own project-level financial tracking and reporting
- Monitor delivery costs against budgets and identify margin risks early
- Support project profitability through better planning, team composition, and delivery efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Delivery Manager or similar role in a software / technology environment – especially in an AI, data, or LLM-related software delivery environment
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to bring structure into dynamic environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – both internally and client-facing
- Experience managing multiple projects or a project portfolio
- Strong understanding of software delivery in IT services and consulting
- Practical experience in resource planning, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination
- Confidence in working with project budgets, profitability, utilization, and financial reporting
- Experience with tools such as Notion and Jira, or similar systems
- Experience with process automation – including identifying areas that can be improved with automations
- Very good English (written and spoken) – C1 is a minimum
- Location: Wrocław or within commutable distance from Wrocław – hybrid work mode in this role is a must
Nice to have:
- Some experience with coding – including using tools like Claude Code

- Interview with People & Operations Manager – approx. 45 min – Agnieszka will tell you more about the role and our projects and will explore your background, mindset and experience to check if we’re a good fit for each other.
- Interview with CEO – approx. 1-1,5h – an in-depth interview with Antoni to properly evaluate your approach, skills and experience, as well as answer your questions about the role, our business goals etc.

Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process in simple steps:
Fill in the recruitment form and tell us more about yourself.
Screening call – 20 min – our People & Operations Manager, Agnieszka will tell you more about the position and our projects, learn more about your background and experience so far, and check if we’re a good fit for each other.
Technical interview – approx. 1-1,5h – an in-depth interview with one of our Tech Leads to properly evaluate your theoretical and practical knowledge, your skills and experience.
CEO interview – approx. 1h – a final meeting with Antoni, our CEO.
Decision – hopefully, we make you an offer and you accept it! 🙂
