What do you believe are the key success factors for the company?
I believe that every company is similar to a wristwatch. Just like a good wristwatch, a company should be well-designed, assembled, and have a well-turned mechanism. Additionally, it should be developed according to modern trends and provide a warranty to its wearer. To ensure growth and establish meaningful relations with partners, all operational areas such as planning and control, workload management, benchmarking, support, client relationship and continuous improvement must work together effectively.
At Vstorm, we have taken all of these factors into account since the company’s founding. Moreover, our flexibility allows us to efficiently examine new projects and enter into new areas by utilizing the capacity and expertise of our talented team. I strongly believe that the key to our success lies in a good mix of strategic development, technical background, recruiting, working with great people, fostering a fun and positive workplace culture, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
What do you see as the major opportunities and challenges facing the company?
Over the past few years, the market has undergone a significant transformation. One of the most notable changes has been the shift towards remote work, which has made it easier for teams to collaborate within and outside of their organizations. At Vstorm, we’ve embraced these principles from the very beginning, resulting in a dynamic and highly productive work environment that benefits our customers. Additionally, the increasing use of artificial intelligence is revolutionizing software development, and we recognize the importance of ensuring secure data storage and transfer between systems. As a software development company, we’re well-positioned to understand and address these risks, tailoring our solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients and their businesses.
What is your approach towards client relationship?
At Vstorm, every new project presents an excellent opportunity to build a partnership with our clients. We understand that every project we deliver is aimed at helping organizations grow, but behind every project, there is a real need and a real person. That’s why we focus on building a strong relationship with our clients, treating it as a continuous process, where there is ample space for a free flow of information. Our process starts with the first meeting where we discuss the functional needs, and it continues until the delivery of a functional version. We believe in timely and thorough communication during the software development cycle, which allows us to have productive discussions and ensures that our customers feel heard and valued.
What personal hobbies and interests do you enjoy outside of work?
When I’m working on my projects, I spend several hours a day online. To maintain a healthy work-life balance, I try to find time for offline hobbies and interests. Reading is one of my favorite activities, and I try to read at least one book a week, whether it’s a classic novel, a business book or a self-help guide. It helps me stay informed about the world and keeps my mind sharp.
Cooking is another hobby that I enjoy. I find it relaxing to spend an evening in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes and tastes. Whether I’m cooking a gourmet meal for friends or having a quiet dinner on my own, I always feel grounded. It reminds me that there’s more to life than just work and business.
