Ideally, if you have:

• Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN, as well as experience with Active Directory, including managing user accounts, groups, and security policies
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and have experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell to automate tasks and perform system management
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including diagnosing and resolving system errors
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools to track system performance and identify issues is a must
• Knowledge of security concepts and best practices for securing Windows systems
• Excellent communication skills to work with other IT professionals and end-users
• Experience working with Apache web server, Tomcat, GIT, SVN, Coldfusion, and Windows Services
• Understanding of understand remote access technologies such as RDP and VPN, and be familiar with antivirus and malware protection
