We are looking for IT Business Partner Manager for our client.
This role offers significant visibility and involves ensuring a strong strategic alignment between business and IT units. It also requires a deep understanding of the company’s global business processes and functions. Your responsibilities include overseeing technology solutions that support front-office operations in marketing and sales. You will be engaged in demand analysis, clarification, and prioritization, collaborating closely with Communications, Marketing, and Sales Operations from the conceptual stage onwards.

What you will do:
- Assume the position of a Global CRM Community Manager:
- Establish and execute the change project plan aimed at revitalizing the CRM Network of Excellence in alignment with the management strategy.
- Collaborate with CRM contributors from global, regional, and local business and IT functions to invigorate the community through a streamlined, goal-oriented framework, ensuring efficiency.
- Conduct interviews and knowledge-sharing forums to drive business process transformation, ultimately enhancing CRM end-user satisfaction by optimizing workflows and innovating new tools.
- Collaborate as an IT business partner to discern and assess fresh IT Requests:
- Spearhead strategic endeavors and collaborate with business stakeholders in the identification and categorization of requests, aligning them with priorities and the release schedule.
- Offer guidance in the formulation of business cases, encompassing ROI assessments and KPI delineation, in order to actualize the added value of the IT function to the business.
- Stay updated on emerging technical innovations and application development technologies and solutions within the relevant domain
- Propose innovations and enhancements in technical processes that can result in operational efficiency, automation, or improved business outcomes.
Ideally, if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration, with an ideal focus on marketing and sales operations
- Over 10 years of extensive experience in CRM, PRM, and/or other systems/applications related to sales, marketing, and communication, along with a deep understanding of how front-office business management technology can be effectively utilized
- Proficiency in Microsoft digitalization tools, including PowerApp, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SharePoint, Forms, Sway, and more
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, along with competencies in virtual team management and project coordination
- Fluent in both English and German, with proficiency in additional languages considered a bonus
- Residing in Poland (or willing to relocate)
- Willingness to engage in occasional business travel
