What you will do:
- You assume the role of the HR/IT Business Analyst, holding a prominent position in matters related to HR/IT Integration.
- Aligning business requisites and procedures concerning integrations with our IT strategy.
- Providing consultation to the business, serving as the subject matter expert for integrations within your designated domain.
- Transforming business demands into interface prerequisites and ensuring the meticulous execution of your solution design in compliance with our IT service management and IT compliance framework.
- Advising the business on optimal integration designs and coordinating with the responsible development team.
- Taking into consideration the broader perspective, encompassing end-to-end processes, and identifying interrelated dependencies.
- Establishing close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service management teams, actively propelling related initiatives.
Ideally, if you have:
- You possess extensive expertise in the examination and formulation of both inbound and outbound integrations with various systems encompassing payroll, finance, Identity Management, among others. Your track record includes successful implementation and thorough testing of such integrations.
- You bring to the table a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with HCM Solutions, exemplified by platforms like SAP or Workday.
- Your academic background includes a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field closely tied to information technology or business administration.
- Your proficiency extends to a comprehensive grasp of HR MasterData Management processes on a global scale, coupled with a nuanced understanding of the corresponding IT solutions and integrations.
- You have cultivated your skills through active participation in international, interdisciplinary HR/IT projects, ideally in leadership capacities.
- Your toolkit encompasses adept management of IT service providers.
- You possess a firm grasp of and adhere to compliance requirements relevant to IT initiatives within the healthcare sector.
- You possess a personal inclination toward the digital realm and contemporary cloud-based technologies.
- Your aim is to transform business and operational challenges into valuable technological solutions.
- Your work style is characterized by meticulous organization, robust analytical thinking, and a proclivity for self-reliance, coupled with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge.
- You excel in both analytical acumen and collaborative teamwork, readily seizing the initiative and maintaining a high degree of motivation.
- Your efficiency remains consistent, even when operating under intense time constraints and within complex scenarios.
- You bring a wealth of experience in international and intercultural collaborations to the table.
- Your command of the English language is exceptional, encompassing both spoken and written communication, with proficiency in German as an added asset.
- Your communication is consistently reliable, transcending diverse organizational levels and working cultures, supported by a demonstrable ability to meet expectations.
- Your current location is within Poland (or you are open to relocating).
- You are agreeable to occasional business travel.
